Offensive Coordinator - Danny Anderson
Danny has been involved at every level of Minor League football for over 14 yrs and is in his 1st year as the OC for the Sting in 2012

Defensive Coordinator - Ray Rocha
When you look at all of the players that played for the Sting on defense over time one could argue that who had more impact on a game, whether it was the defensive line in front of him or the shut down secondary behind him or even the hard hitting LB playing next to him wearing #2, one thing is for sure Ray was and is important to the success of this team.

Ray came to the Sting during the 2002 season as their QB in the season opener vs. the Mesa Lightning throwing a hailmary for a TD to end the half. He also played LB as the Sting went on to 4 State Championships from 2004-2007. Ray currently is the Defensive coordinator for the Sting.
